Do you take insurance?

I am currently paneled with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas and Cigna Evernorth. For other insurance providers, I am out of network. I am happy to provide a monthly billing statement (called a Superbill) that can be submitted for potential reimbursement through your out of network benefits. Please inquire with your insurance company if you have out of network benefits and what the reimbursement rate is for your own knowledge.

Do you offer virtual appointments?

I am currently only providing telehealth virtual appointments. I am able to provide telehealth to Texas residents.

What are your fees?

$50-minute session: $150

80-minute session: $225

How are payments processed?

Payment is collected at the time of your session and is processed through my secure electronic health record software and client portal. The software I use is called Simple Practice.
